EVEN SISTERS GALLERY!

- Photos by Alonzo Quixana

I want to say "it's the Rodeo Drive of the central Coast!", but that would be unfair -- not to the 90210 -- unfair to our own zip code. But stay with me on this; close your eyes and imagine every precious thing of beauty: jewelery, paintings, sculpture, housewares, gifts... now imagine all those objects d'art under one roof, in one brilliantly lit place. Now open your eyes.

You're standing at 601 Embarcadero (Marina Square Ste. 8) with your nose pressed against the window of Seven Sisters Gallery.

Make a wish and then open your eyes...

Every precious thing of beauty...

At least that's how I came to know the genteel proprietors Patty Eitzen and Tracy Neil. These two gal pals literally met along life's trail -- a bridle trail. Patty was sitting tall in the saddle (that's English Saddle, thank you-) of her own successful gallery experience. Her previous gallery's zip code was in the Virgin Isles. Tracy grew up right here, hailing from one of our founding fishing families. Combined with Patty's background, her own prowess as a museum gift shop buyer earned her the chops to start a museum of their own.

I said they were genteel...

He did. You may.

They are very proud of the fact that they are redefining the profile of the "local" shopper. Many of their customers return frequently from very far away. Y'know what? Better get your dibbs in NOW! -- Sir Edmund Dantes
